Our convenient location makes it easy to get wherever you need to go!

 

The Continuum is .5 miles from campus and steps from Downtown Gainesville. Just about everything in Gainesville is within reach, whether you prefer to ride the bus, bike, walk, or drive around.

 

  • Anyone with a Gator 1 ID can ride the bus system for free.
  • We provide secure bicycle racks in each building.
  • Downtown Gainesville is home to eateries, parks, and entertainment venues.
  • Parking in our covered parking garage is included for residents.
  • We are a SNAP location! Get free rides from campus to home at night til 3am.

 

We are close to the University of Florida campus, UFHealth/Shands, the University of Florida Innovation Hub, Warrington College of Business Administration, Levin College of Law, College of Medicine, and College of Veterinary Medicine.

Downtown Gainesville has something for everyone. The area spans a few blocks and features restaurants, shops, theaters, and parks. Downtown is steps from The Continuum's apartments - easily walkable. It's also a quick bike ride or bus ride, and the main Rosa Parks Downtown Station is centrally located in the heart of the area. From here you can catch a bus to anywhere in Gainesville.

Directions to The Continuum

Walking From University Ave:

Just east of Dunkin Donuts across from the Santa Fe CIED building, search for the Continuum sign and enter the Leasing Office.

 

Driving from University Ave:

When you come out of the garage, head right and then straight out of the entry gates onto University Ave. Head west on University Ave. and the Leasing Office will be to your left.

 

From SW 2nd Ave:

When you come out of the garage, head right and then straight out of the entry gates onto University Ave. Head west on University Ave. and the Leasing Office will be to your left.
