Resident Parking
Parking at The Continuum Apartments is for residents and their guests. All vehicles must display a valid parking decal/pass to park on the property. Failure to display a valid decal/pass could result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Each resident may only register (1) motor vehicle and (1) scooter/motorcycle
Resident Registration Terms:

Parking decals are valid for one lease term or until date of resident lease cancellation/termination. Upon lease cancellation/termination or lease expiration, the parking decal must be returned to the Leasing Office.

If you lose your decal or it is not removed from a previous vehicle prior to registering a new vehicle, there will be a $50 replacement fee and the number will be reported as lost. If another vehicle is found using the decal, they will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense, without notice.

Residents must register their vehicle with the Leasing Office each lease term. Parking decals are to ONLY be displayed in the bottom left corner of the driver’s side on the front windshield. There will be no exceptions and no reimbursements as a result of non-visible, incorrect passes, or expired decals at the time a vehicle is towed.

Parking decals are non-transferable.

Resident is responsible for updating vehicle information (license plate, state of registration, etc.) with the Leasing Office if it changes during the term.
Guest Parking:

Residents are responsible for informing their guests of all parking policies and of any changes thereto.

All guest parking is by decal only, requires visitor approval, and is located on the 5th floor.

Guests parked on the ramp or anywhere other than the designated area (5th floor) will be towed at the owner’s expensive without notice.

Guests are not guaranteed a parking space. All guest parking decals will be checked out on a first come first serve basis.

The Continuum utilizes a third-party towing vendor for parking management. This company employs roam towing. Roam towing means towing or removal of a vehicle. The Continuum is not responsible for any towing/booting fees associated with non-adherence to our parking policies.
Parking Regulations:

Improperly parked vehicles or vehicles that violate any terms within the parking regulations may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense, without notice.

Resident parking is on floors 2-4 of the parking garage. You must park in designated parking spots only. This also means striped parking spots only.

Decaled vehicles parked in Future Resident, Vendor and Staff spaces are subject to towing. These spaces may be used by decaled vehicles only during posted hours and are NOT to be used for guests. We advise residents to avoid parking here in case you forget to move your vehicle.

Please follow all posted signage. Any spaces designated for staff are presumed for staff only. Residents can only utilize them during posted hours.

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not individually assigned. Residents are not guaranteed a space in close proximity to their building.

The Continuum is not responsible for tire/rim/vehicle damage caused by use of the entrance(s)/exit(s) that are fitted with traffic spikes. Residents with low suspension cars should be advised that use of the entrance and exit with traffic spikes may cause damage to the vehicle’s undercarriage.

Residents MAY NOT duplicate guest passes or parking decals. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense and resident will lose all parking privileges.

Do not park vehicles in front of dumpsters, on the grass, in fire lanes, around the islands, on curbs/sidewalks, in breezeways, in your apartment, etc.

To ensure adequate parking for residents’ vehicles, commercial vehicles, over-sized trucks, trailers, campers, and boats are not allowed.

Scooters and motorcycles must be registered with the Leasing Office as they are considered a vehicle and must park in a designated Scooter/Motorcycle Parking Area on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floors of the garage OR may use a striped space.

Roam towing occurs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Towing also occurs during holidays. Towing is provided by Superior Towing.

In order to help maintain a safe environment, vehicle repairs are not permitted. Car washing is not permitted in the garage or anywhere on the property.

All vehicles must be in proper working condition (such as no flat tires, leaking oil, etc.).

Parking spaces may not be used to store vehicles. Abandoned vehicles will be removed.

All vehicles must properly display a current parking permit and guest vehicles must be parked in guest parking area(s) or possess a valid guest pass.
